These rules and regulations are part and parcel that can't be separated from the agreement between the organizers and the participants in the exhibition.

| 2: |
The clauses and instructions of the participation, which are issued by the organizers form time to time either during the exhibition or else, are considered complementary and do not replace the rules and regulations nor the contract clauses.
|
| 3: |
The demand of the place is considered a proof of complete approval of the demander to pay the fees and charges. Upon accepting the participation both parties (the organizer and the participant), are considered to be committed with an obliging contractual agreement.
|
| 4: |
The participants have no right to demand any services or facilities before paying all the charges of participation.
|
| 5: |
The contract should be signed by the exhibitor or whoever represents him after receiving the contract, and the first payment mutually agreed upon of the stand charges. Then the organizers would confirm the booking and deliver the exhibitor the exhibiting conditions.

| 6: |
The payment of the stand can be completed (either equipped or not , internal or external) according to the following program:
25% are to be paid at the signing of the contract and delivering it to the organizers.
25% are to be paid before 50 days of the opening date of the exhibition.
50% remaining are to be paid before 30 days of the fair's opening the exhibition.
In case the booking is accomplished for any space one month prior the exhibition, then the charges of the stand should be paid in full upon signing the contract.

The organizing Co. provides any additional services the exhibitor may demand against payment for these services.

| 8: |
In case the exhibitor is unable to exhibit in the stand due to his own reasons, after signing the contract, and he is not exempted by writing from this contract by the organizers, then he must pay all the charges of the stand in addition to any damages or harms that may affect the organizers due to this cancellation.

| 9: |
The organizers are not responsible anyhow for his not being able to put or carry of or non-completion of the works in the stand due to the official authorities or any other reason.
|
| 10: |
It is totally prohibited that the exhibitor may rent or return or assign to a third party the area the he had rented for any reason whatsoever, that is against payment or not, and if the exhibitor is an agent of a company, then he has to inform the organizers of that during signing the contract, taking into consideration that the exhibitor is permitted to exhibit products if he is an accredited agent or authorized distributor; and he has to inform the organizers of that by writing.

The organizers have the right to amend the site of the exhibitors, if it were to serve the public interest of the exhibition. The contract is considered as an approval from the part of the participant Co. to participate in the fair organized by the organizing Co. regardless of its name, date and the organizing Co. has the right to change the name and the date of the fair to what it sees suitable.

| 12: |
The organizers reserve the right to refuse any order or demand without the need to explain the reason. In such case, all the sums would be paid back with the application.
|
| 13: |
All the services that are not mentioned in the contract, the exhibitor might demand, their coasts shall be paid separately.
|
| 14: |
The exhibitor has to occupy the places and sites of his exhibitions and be ready at least (5 hours) before the official opening of the exhibition.
|
| 15: |
The organizers would not bear any harm that the exhibitor may be exposed to as a result of postponement or cancellation of the fair for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, the organizers recommend the exhibitor to do the necessary insurance for that.
|
| 16: |
The responsibility of the organizing Co. is restricted to the free page in the exhibition directory if the participant Co. delivered all its information to the organizing Co. before at least one month from the opining date. Then the organizing Co. is not responsible for any mistake mentioned in it.

| 17: |
The exhibitors acknowledge according to this that they participate in the exhibition voluntarily and with their own decision.
|
| 18: |
In case of any dispute between the parties as per execution and/or interpretation of the clauses of the contract, the dispute will be solved by the laws of the Syrian Courts in Syria.
